Shipping costs:

From 100 CHF = Free

Orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day.

Please note that deliveries require a signature upon receipt to prevent parcel theft. This service is provided at no additional cost to you.

Order cancellations / modifications:

As we operate with very fast shipping processes, order cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged parcel:

If a parcel arrives damaged, please accept the delivery, take photos of the parcel and its contents, and then contact us.
